By purchasing a custom-colored or custom-constructed unit from Akemi Hair, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Custom colors are hand-crafted and freestyle. Each piece is uniquely created and will not be identical to reference photos or previous work.

• Color placement, tone, depth, dimension, and blend may vary.

• Exact color replication is not guaranteed.

Hair color is not an exact science. Variations may occur due to:

• Lighting conditions during photography

• Screen resolution and device display settings

• Natural undertones in raw or virgin hair

• Artistic interpretation during customization

The final product may appear slightly lighter, darker, warmer, cooler, or differently toned than images viewed online.

By purchasing a custom unit, you are commissioning Akemi Hair to artistically create a one-of-one piece.

Custom-colored, altered, installed, cut, bleached, tinted, plucked, or modified units are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
